68th ANNUAL WEST MEMPHIS CHRISTMAS PARADE Tuesday, December 1, 2020 Parade starts at 7:00 p.m. Deadline to enter: November 27, 2020 Entry Fee: $35 Parade Line Up Begins @ 5 p.m. in the Meadowbrook Shopping Center Parking Lot Rain date: December 8, 2020 Cash & Trophy Prizes!!! ***Important Rules:*** 1. COVID Requirements ** All participants over 10 will be required to wear face masks at parade assembly and while in route as directed by the Arkansas Governor’s mask mandate. Exceptions include children under 10, single drivers or family units, band students or if the statewide mask mandate has been abolished by December 1. 2. COVID Requirements ** Participants will not be allowed to throw candy this year only. 3. Participants must observe applicable state and local highway regulations and follow instructions from police and parade officials.
