N O T I C E
Notice is hereby given that The City of West Memphis Department of Planning and Community Development will receive bids for demolition and clearance under the Planning and Development Department until 12:00 p.m., C.D.T., on September 15, 2023, at City Hall, 205 South Redding in West Memphis, Arkansas. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 1:00 p.m. on the same day.
Bid Packets may be picked up beginning August 1, 2023, each day between the hours of 8: 00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing on the outside the Name and Address of the Bidder. Any bid received not bearing the above information will automatically be rejected.
Bids may be held by the Department of Planning and Development for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days from the date of openings of bids for purpose of reviewing the qualifications of the Bidder prior to awarding the contracts.
